I have Inspire 3 with 5 dots across the screen and nothing else. I can't swipe anything and can't get anything else to appear on the screen, but 5 dots and the middle one is blue. I tried to restart by pressing and holding both buttons for 10 seconds while on charge but nothing happens. I'm at a loss and about ready to give up on this watch. Any help appreciated.

Hi, @robinvenice , if your Inspire 3 has become unresponsive sometimes you need to press and hold the buttons for considerably longer than 10 seconds - perhaps 30 seconds or more. I would suggest trying that. A restart is always the first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit is not operating as expected.
You could also try changing the clock face, which you do in the app. Changing the clock face sometimes fixes screen issues of the sort that you are having. You can change the clock face in the app. The instructions are here . If that solves the issue you can safely return to your previously chosen clock face if you prefer.
