Hi,
I got the Inspire 3 for Christmas and have been having issues with it, not sure if it's something fixable or if I need to exchange it for a different one.
I don't seem to be able to swipe between screens (left/right or up/down) the majority of the time. Or I can only swipe once to the right the not back to the clock face. I have restarted my Inspire 3 twice.
I fully charged it before using it, have checked that the firmware is up to date, have restarted the Fitbit, and changed the screen off time to the longest delay.
Any help would be appreciated!
