Hellow everyone, I'm checking the exported heart rate time sequence data (the .json file) for research popurse, and have two things to confirm:

  1. It looks like the device caculate and record the heart rate for every 5 second, is it the average heart rate in every 5sec?
  2. Is the timestamp recorded according to GMT（UTC+0）？
