Since June 1, my Fitbit Inspire 3 has become nothing more than a watch. Does not provide any sleep stats or sleep metrics. Tried working with customer service to no avail. Fitbit finally sent me a refurbished one. The refurbished one is no better. I think it’s time to give up and switch to Apple.

Hi @Babs-1956 which operating system does your phone have? I also have the Inspire 3 and do not have Premium. My sleep information is giving me everything it's supposed to. I have Android 14.
