Active Zone minutes wrong, elevating calories bur ed

For the last week or so, I've noticed my calories burned is way higher than my activity level should cause.  Then I saw that my Active Zone minutes were also artificially elevated.  My activity level has not increased.  Is there a way to reset this?  I have only had this Inspire 3 for a few months.

Hi, @Nemismom, welcome to the community, you may find this article of interest How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? - Fitbit Help Center . Also, try restarting your Inspire 3 & the Fitbit app.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
