My employee program tracks active minutes, but my Inspire 3 will only show zone minutes. I have to log into my fitbit account to view active minutes - which makes no sense, since I need to know the active minutes while exercising and not sitting at my computer. Please tell me this is a simple fix and not a real feature change in the new fitbits?

@Teejay2022 Active zone minutes were added to new Fitbits in 2020 and were even added to some existing models. Fitbit uses CDC recommendations for physical activity -- the CDC actually updated the recommendations in 2018. Active minutes are no longer recognized as a measurement of physical activity. Sorry, but there is no way to display active minutes while exercising. You must look after the fact.
Just to be complete, active zone minutes are consistent with CDC recommendations. The CDC recommends 150 min/wk of moderate activity or 75 min/wk of vigorous activity or a combination of the two.

Thank you for that information. I see where in the online dashboard I can view my active minutes, but not the active zone minutes that are reflected on my device. Can you direct me on where to view those?

@Teejay2022 You see your active zone minutes on your phone dashboard. You can customize your phone dashboard many different ways, but make sure tou have Active Zone Minutes toggle to On. Tap on the pencil icon in the upper right of the screen to edit your screen.

Right, I'm trying to find where the Fitbit online app shows the zone minutes, not where the phone app shows them.
