Overnight my Fitbit Inspire 3 has changed my hourly activity goals (to 11am-8pm) and will not allow me to set a new goal; it’s done the same thing with my sleep target and again not allowing me to change goals, it’s giving me a wake up time of 10.30am!!!. I have detailed app and restated my Fitbit. Anyone know what to do??

@DawnD60   It sounds like you live somewhere that switched to daylight savings time hours.  Fitbit doesn't handle this change well.  Please ignore today's errors and don't try to fix them.  Things should be fine tomorrow.

Thanks Laurie yes I’m in the UK and we did switch to daylight savings so I’ll hang on a bit to see if it sorts itself out.
