I ran an update on my inspire 3 at the weekend and since then my activity zone minutes and cardio load won't track. I've turned it off and on. Any suggestions? Thank you

Hello @Angie135 and welcome to the Community. Fitbit released an updated heart rate algorithm in one of the firmware updates. It is supposed to be more accurate during exercise. Please look at the heart rate graphs for similar workouts before and after the update. Do you see a difference in your graphs?

Hi @LZeeW . Thank you for your reply. I have just checked heart rate graph. It is quite similar. I usually average cardio load between 20 minimum and 50 max a day but is showing 0. My active zone is usually between 20 and 45 mins per day but is showing 0 every day since the update. Any suggestions much appreciated! Thank you.

@Angie135 Try this, instead. Tap on your AZM tile (or icon if you have yours at the top of the screen). Scroll down to the heart rate graph that shows your graph and heart rate zones. Does the graph show your heart rate in the yellow and orange zones? Do the number range on the right seem to be correct for you?
Can you add a screenshot?

@Angie135 Your top screenshot has your heart rate in the light zone all of the time. There is nothing in the moderate or vigorous zones, like in your other screenshots.
There is nothing wrong with your Inspire 3. You are seeing the effect of the new heart rate algorithm.

@LZeeW thanks for your reply. It just seems very strange that for weeks the active zone minutes have been in the 40's and now it is 0 everyday. Same with cardio load. 0 everyday when previously 20's to 40's. It really doesn't make sense that it is so different but thank you for reply.

@Angie135 The changes are from the updated heart rate algorithm. Think of it as getting a different device. Fitbit changed the algorithm in all current models. Many other users noticed the same thing.
