My inspire 3 keeps turning off even though I have it set to always on

Hi, @TootBarry, welcome to the community. May I suggest you review the settings on your Inspire 3? Swipe down from the clock screen to "DND"  & "Sleep mode". Both of these need to be "off" because when they are engaged, you will have to tap the screen to illuminate it. This is designed to prevent disturbances while you are resting. Now swipe down again to & touch "Settings">swipe up to "Quiet Mode" & ensure sleep mode schedule is disabled. You will also find that if you've changed the clock face, some do not allow "Always on". Refer to pages 20 and 21 in the manual.
