Add more time for the countdown timer on Inspire 3

I used to use my Fitbit inspire 2 for timing tons of activities: work projects, baking, exercise routines, you name it. I just got the inspire 3 for Christmas and the first thing I noticed is that the countdown timer can only be set to a max of 59min 59sec. I want my timer capable of hours of countdown back, Fitbit!
