Won't Sync with UHC Motion App

Just received the Inspire 3 and set up was smooth, except that it won't sync with the UHC Motion app, which is the whole point of getting this device (I got it through the program). I just get to a screen that tells me to select "All- Day sync," which Fitbit discontinued on its app.

Actually Fitbit is now completely "all-day sync".  They just took away the option to turn that off.  But I don't know about the UHC Motion app, although a year or 2 ago I did have my Fitbit steps syncing with the UHC web site to get $ added to rewards debit card they issued me, with no mention of all-day sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
