My alarm is not working anymore on my Inspire 3. The screen shows that it's snoozed for 7 minutes. I've restarted it several times while it was charging, and the alarm usually work the first day after that, but that's it.

Hi there, @Genike. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the alarm on your Inspire 3 stopped working. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, I'd like to confirm what the issue is exactly. Is the alarm not going off or is the Inspire 3 stuck on the snoozed screen?
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hello,
Thank you for tour quick answer. I confirm that my alarm is not going off in the morning. When I look at the alarm screen, it is written that it's snoozed for 7 minutes, but nothing happens 7 minutes later.
I tried everything you suggest, and it still didn't work this morning.

Hi,
I had this same issue and it seems that the tracker is saying that an alarm is snoozed, but somehow never got out of snooze. If you watch carefully it will count down from 9 minutes (the snooze duration) to zero and then start over at 9 minutes as you indicated.
To resolve this, what I did was I began to delete my alarms that I had set up and sure enough, one of them seemed to be tied to the snooze message and it disappeared. Just had to recreate the alarm again and then it seemed to work once more. I must admit I missed being able to set the alarm in the app like on my Inspire 2 as it was much easier to create alarms and see all the alarms I had set up.

It worked! It looked like I had more than one alarm, and that one of them was snoozed (how did that happen, I don't know...They were all for the same time) but going back to remove the next one and the next one after I removed the first one worked. I don't understand how I didn't the other ones, but thank you, that fixed it!
