App changed shown data

My Fitbit is set to auto recognize a walk over 10 minutes. When completed, the app shows the following data. walk, time started, duration, calories burned, bpm and zone minutes. I changed nothing in the settings at all, but yesterday it showed a walk, apple map of location, pace and distance. And all of those data points were incorrect. Today I walked and it logged nothing. Any suggestions on how to just get my basic data points back? That’s all I want, I don’t need to see the other items.

Hi, @Wycoc if you saw a map and distance then this was not an auto detected activity.  The auto detected activities are not able to show a map or distance.  It sounds like an activity was inadvertently started on your device (possibly by brushing against your sleeve and activating the exercise app).

Hopefully it is now working normally again for you.  You can check in your app that a walk of 10 minutes or more is still set to be auto recognised and then be sure to give your Inspire 3 a sync to make certain everything is set as it should be.
