Auto wake and exercise presets

Two problems; My auto wake stopped working. I have gone into the display settings and turned it on. When I exit the display settings it turns off again. My workout presets have returned to the default and won’t update to what I selected in the app.

Hi, @XieTianmo welcome to the community, you seem to have two separate settings issues here. The auto-wake on your Inspire 3 is disrupted when you have quiet mode or sleep mode engaged, this is designed to reduce disturbance by screen illumination while you are resting. There's a section in this article How do I navigate my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center which explains how it works.

I assume the workout presets you mention are the "Shortcuts", this was a feature in the past but the list now self-populates with your most recent at the top of the list. Check you are running the most up-to-date Inspire 3 SW ( 210.26) This thread covers the issue  Solved: What happened to exercise shortcuts options? - Fitbit Community
