Biphasic sleep tracking on Inspire 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

I am a biphasic sleeper. I have an Inspire 3.

I noticed today that if I go to bed at say 9pm, wake up at 1am go back to sleep at 3am and wake up at 7am fitbit only tracks and records  my second sleep - ie the sleep from 3am to 7am.

I end up with a poor sleep score because fitbit is not adding together my 2 sleeps. As a matter of fact it completely ignores my first sleep from 9pm to 1am. So I don't even get that sleep tracked at all.

Is this expected? Is there any way for fitbit to track sleep data for biphasic sleepers?

Any help appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Dom_123.

Thanks for letting me know your situation on regards to your sleep tracking on your Inspire 3 since you're a biphasic sleeper.

Even if you're a biphasic sleeper, the Inspire 3 should track both of your sleeps, you can check more about this here. I recommend you to restart your Inspire 3 and double check you're wearing it correctly too.

Let me know how it goes once you've done this, please.
