Blank/ Grey Screen

Out of the blue, the watch screen has turned completely grey, with white horizontal line at the bottom. 

I have been trying to reach customer support for past two days, but couldn’t reach so posting here. 

On reading previous posts, I attempted to hard reset the watch by plugging it in charger and holding both buttons. 
The watch did restart, as I could understand by vibrations, but screen has remained the same. Picture attached.

 

Kindly help as the watch is stil in warranty as I purchased it on 24.01.2024

Have you tried changing the clockface to another clockface using the App yet?

Click the Device icon in the upper left-hand corner of the Today screen and then click the Inspire 3 icon and tap Gallery to see the clockfaces.   Try changing to a different clockface and then restart your phone.

It that doesn't work the only thing left to try is to allow the Inspire 3 battery to completely discharge (check battery level in App) and then charge the Inspire 3 back up again. 

The power-cycle will 'hard' Reset the device, whereas the two-button press for 10 seconds fails to do so, based upon another post that I saw about a screen issue.
