You just have to sync with the mobile app. However, if this doesn't work, make sure:
- Your phone time is correct
- You are connected to Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth is enabled
- Your watch is paired (check your phone's settings)
If syncing can't change the time, try restarting both your phone and your watch. Also check you have installed all updates.
