How do I correct the time on my fitbit

Syncing with the mobile app is supposed to correct off time.

You just have to sync with the mobile app. However, if this doesn't work, make sure:

  • Your phone time is correct
  • You are connected to Wi-Fi
  • Bluetooth is enabled
  • Your watch is paired (check your phone's settings)

If syncing can't change the time, try restarting both your phone and your watch. Also check you have installed all updates.
