Blank screen on Inspire 3

Inspire 2 unresponsive with blank screen. App shows charged battery and Still recording activity . Any ideas?

Hi @joepbecker. A warm welcome to the forums.

Thank you for providing the information regarding the difficulty that you are experiencing with Inspire 3. 

Please try to sync the device in the Fitbit app:

  • From the Today tab in the app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  • Tap Inspire 3.
  • Sync Now.

Now, restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device.  Restarting the device will not delete your data. 

If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, change your clock face. If you manage to solve the difficulty you can go back to the original clock face.
