After constantly losing Bluetooth Connection between my Inspire 3 and my iPad, I noticed that many other Fitbit users have had similar issues. I lost patience and sought help from the Chat line. It turns out that you can’t have your tracker connected to more than one device. This surprises me because when you are synced it offers the option to “connect another device”. However, this is an empty offer as you need to forget all other devices when you are syncing. For me, this is useless as I use the iPad for the larger screen in order to do exercise videos and my iPhone to track my daily walks. I can’t keep switching from one connection to the other as it requires going through the setting up procedure every time! I have now been forced to cancel my subscription to Premium as I can’t see the videos on the phone screen. It’s a pity as I was enjoying it, but there are lots of videos for keep fit for free on YouTube so until this technical issue gets sorted out, I’m afraid it’s goodbye Premium from me.
