I've just got my first Fitbit, I plugged it into the charger and it said 100% battery and I connected it to my phone, all good. I tried turning it on however it won't turn on, either by pressing the buttons on the side or by tapping the screen. I plugged it into the charger again and it then said 0% battery. Left it to charge but then a minute later it said 100% battery. I have tried multiple USB plugs and also the USB port on my computer but the same thing happens. It either says 0% or 100% and keeps vibrating, and still won't turn on. Anyone have any clue what's going on?
