Breath rate calibration

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My breath rate is basically always incorrect (reading too high). I suspect it has to do with my condition that causes near constant tachycardia. It would be great if there was a way to calibrate breath rate.
I currently can’t use the Relax feature at all; it always thinks I’m breathing more than twice as fast as I actually do.

@Aura23   I’m sorry, but you can’t calibrate breathing rate.  Fitbits estimate breathing rate because there is a subtle, periodic change in heart rate when we inhale and exhale.  It can only analyze the data it sees.
