Hi i am a new user i got my watch 3 days ago and still figuring things out as i go. Today when i got to bed i noticed that it says ive burned 5000 calories but that cant be right. Here is some info that maybe can help someone figure out if its wrong or not. It just feels so high.
I am a 24 year old woman, 155cm around 89kg, today i worked out for 45 minutes in a cardio and squat class at the gym and had a very active day ending with 20k steps. Ive spent almost 4 hours in the fat burning stage. Can it really be possible that ive burned whooping 5000 calories?

@workoutfire your calorie burn is affected your height and weight. I would recommend verifying that those numbers are correct. You can find instructions to check that here.
