Can I get SPO2 tracking or sleep levels?

ANSWERED

I wanted the Inspire 3 to track my SPO2 while I was sleeping and to give me my sleep levels.  The advertising copy was confusing with all the footnotes, so I called Fitbit CS to see if it actually did what I wanted without Premium.  They told me it did.

It gives me sleep score.  I don't know what that is, but it doesn't tell me how much REM time I got.  Is that possible as CS said?

It tells me nothing about SPO2.  It says the SPO2 tracker is not available because an app has to be installed.  When I try to install the app, it says the app is not available because it requires OS v128.4.15 or later.  I spent an hour fussing with it and updated my android app from 4.42.1 to 4.42.2.  When I did that it allowed me to update my watch app.  I got all excited, but it only updated to version 63.20001; and still won't let me install the app for SPO2 tracking.  So... is there anyway to do this?

Now to be fair, after all the updates it did tell me that my overnight SPO2 was 95%, while before the upgrades it only gave dashes.  But, a sleep study I did 2 months ago said my overnight SPO2 was 97.1%, but I had sleep apnea and needed a CPAP.  I find it really hard to believe that being on a CPAP made my SPO2 worse.

@Tollerbit the issue with SpO2 has been escalated and is currently under investigation. There should be a fix for that soon.

You also mentioned that you are not getting sleep stages (or at least not seeing your REM). The Fitbit app should be giving you a graph that looks something like this:

If you don't have that, is your heart rate being measured by your Fitbit? Are you getting at least 3 hours of sleep? Are you letting the Fitbit detect your sleep on its own, rather than starting sleep manually in the Fitbit app?

Sorry for all the questions, but those are some factors that can affect how Fitbit records your sleep.

I feel a bit silly...  the sleep is fine; I just didn't look carefully enough.

Any idea when the SPO2 problem will be fixed?    I intend on returning it if I can't get it to work and don't want to wait too long.

I appreciate your help.

@Tollerbit I don't know when that will be fixed. I've flagged a forum Moderator to ask if they have any info.

My SpO2 worked until today. Now it's gone and says I have to install the unavailable app. Did everyone just lose theirs? It's worked for years...

My SpO2 sender has not been working for a few weeks now. Every morning I have to uninstall it and reinstall it. I've tried all kinds of things to try and fix it to no avail. Fitbit Team needs to get it fixed.
