I have been having trouble with my smart wake alarm. For the third time my alarm NEVER went off. When I looked at my device it was a HOUR after when it should have gone off to begin with and it said that the alarm itself was SNOOZED!
I never hit the snooze button. I am one of those crazy people who rare hits the snooze and I get up when the alarm goes off.
because of it I missed my time for my me/gym time because of our family's schedule.
Has anyone else had this trouble?! I am SUPER frustrated that I cannot reach my goal because of this.
