I just replaced my Inspire 3; I am getting notifications when I receive an email, when I get a text message, when there is a weather alert, etc. I want none of them, I want my "remember to move" notification from FITBIT and that's all.
The previously posted instructions of "Go to your profile, select your Inspire 3, and select 'Notifications'" are not valid as I do not have those options in my FitBit app. I click the profile picture and get a bunch of options that have nothing to do with selecting the fitbit itself or turning on or off any notifications.

Hi, @Userpoets, welcome. The settings you are looking for are reached through the "Today" screen of the Fitbit app on your phone. Touch the Icon in the top left corner (with the %)>Inspire 3>notifications>Here you can mirror your phone, or select individual settings for calls, Text messages, calendar events, emails or app notifications.
I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers

That seems to have worked. Thank you, you have been more helpful and efficient than two separate fitbit employees.
