I am unable to factory reset my inspire 3.
The screen WILL NOT swipe up or down, so I am unable to reach the settings directly on the device in order to perform a factory reset. (Yes, I have already restarted it as well as changed the clock face I don't know how many times...)
I've had the Fitbit Inspire 3 for 2 years now.
Any suggestions? Do I need to just buy a new fitbit at this point?

If you still want to do factory reset after this, restart might at least enable swipe.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, sir, but (as I wrote in my post) I have already restarted my device several times. It still won't enable swiping. I'm trying to figure out how to factory reset my device without the ability to swipe up and down.
