Can't configure Heath and Sleep data on a Inspire 3 without premium

I am unable to synchronise or configure the synchronisation of health data (pulse, O2 saturation, etc.) with an Inspire 3. Initially, the Inspire 3 asked me to wear it for another seven days, but after seven days I still have no data to synchronise. Could someone please assist me?

Hi, @CPi_77 , can you give us a little more information about the issue you are having? 

You should be able to read your heart rate on your Inspire 3 while wearing it, and see your day to day heart rate info and graphs on your app.

Your O2 saturation is only available for overnight sleep readings and can take several days to calibrate before it is available.  

If you have more details to share I am sure that someone will have some thoughts to help you get what you need.  There is always someone here to help.  Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for your support.

What more can I add other than:

- I entered all my weight, height, etc. data during the initial setup;

- I have the number of steps and kilometres walked each day as well as a
weekly report;

- I wear the Inspire 3 day and night except when showering and doing DIY at
the weekend;

- I have not taken out a premium subscription and do not wish to do so, but
I have checked that a minimum amount of health and sleep data is still
accessible.
