Can't find Exercise app

ANSWERED

I am definitely a newbie to Inspire 3. But I bought this to track my pulse rate, as I have heart issues.

I can be walking along, and get stuck in the Inspire auto-tracking my walk, and I have to do all sorts of things to get back to my main clock face. It seems it may have to do with some setting in the Exercise app. I can swipe down and see things like Settings and Display, or up to see my exercise stats, but I have not found a way to actually access Exercise to turn off auto-tracking.

Ideas will be valued!

@ckuttner   You swipe left/right to get to the exercise app.  Tap to open it.  I suspect that Walk will be first on the list of shortcuts.  Tap on it.  I think you should see a Start icon with tiny "^" at the bottom (this is what I see on my Luxe and it navigates the same way).  Swipe up and look for Auto-start and toggle it off.

This auto-start feature is in six shortcuts: walk, run, bike, elliptical, rowing, and spinning.  Some everyday movement look like other exercises on your Fitbit.  You might need to turn this feature off in other shortcuts.

Thank you!   There's a lot non-intuitive about the Fitbit system, and this really helped!
