Can't seem to find my over all Fitbit history with my devices. Been with Fitbit since Dec. 2013, loved how it keeps/kept track of my step counts, distance etc. etc. I should be at the 79 million step count, but haven't been able to access all I keep getting when entering my dash board is:
"Oops! Something's not right. We're experiencing an internal server problem."
Been receiving this message for the last 2 days. Am I doing something wrong or is there really and issue with Fitbit's server? Feel free to tell me step by step procedure to see my step history. Keep it simple I'm not a tech pro.
