I can’t log into the Fitbit app on my new iPhone.
I have used my email address and password then it just says details not correct. I tried ‘forgot password’ and the email never arrives (I have checked spam).
I have tried Google log-in in case I had forgotten that I did that I changed over, and when I log into it keeps saying ‘Safari can’t open the page because the network connection was lost’ but everything else on my phone is fine.
I have tried all the troubleshoots on similar problems on these pages and nothing works.
Is there anything simple I can do or a contact for Fitbit to check my account isn’t corrupted?

Are you trying to log in into the Fitbit App or the online settings ( previously Online Dashboard , fitbit.com) ?
I ask due to the error message that you described.
Could you please attach a screenshot with the error message?
I assume that you tried login in on a wifi connection, does this occur also when connected to mobile data?
Do you have another mobile device at hand where you could install the Fitbit app?
If so, install the Fitbit app there and try to log in.
If the log in was successful, then the account doesn't have a problem, but the Fitbit app or the phone are causing the issue.
