Inspire 3 - Don’t have latest version update

Hi, I have a Fitbit Inspire 3 with firmware version 20001.188.58. I know newer firmware versions like 214.24 are available and include support for Hebrew notifications and status indicators.

Can you please help me update or push the latest firmware to my device? I’m using an iPhone and the Fitbit app shows no update available.

Hi, @rshein1 , is your Fitbit attached to your account?  If not please follow the instructions for setting up your Fitbit.  If it is connected, you will need to make sure that you have recently synced it in order for an update to show.  First it would be helpful to make sure your iOS app is up to date, then sync your Fitbit .  Occasionally it can take a few syncs before the update advice is triggered.

I was able to confirm that you contacted support. I suggest you to keep in touch with them since they have more tools in order to find your options.
