Can’t pair inspire 3 with android 13 device

Hi all, bought my new inspire 3 and cant pair it with my flip. I get this on top, where i should type pairing code, but my device doesnt get it. Triedmwith iphone, works everytime, tried 3 times.

what should i do? Need to have it paired to my main device because of notifications and gps…

Nope, contacted their support. Said i need to send my device back. They will send me a new one, but i think it's not problem with device, I think android is broken.

Happening to me as well after oneui 5 update to Samsung flip 4 yesterday. Customer care made a replacement request, but looking at these posts, it doesn't seem that will help.

It is a massive issue which isn't getting enough traction.
