I purchased by Fitbit direct from the Fitbit website which came with the free trial for premium. I am now trying to cancel this and when I go on the Fitbit website it says my subscription is via my google account but there is no record of this on my google account. I have trawled through loads and loads of similar posts (note to Fitbit - maybe sort this out at it is beyond ridiculous!!) and found nothing which helps. I am literally at my wits end. This is my official notice to you Fitbit that I will NOT be paying for anything running beyond the free period as you have made it impossible for me to cancel it. Can anyone help? Thanks
