The number of steps listed on my inspire 3 for July 2, 3, 4 are still wrong. Each is 3000 to 15000 less than the number that initially appeared on my watch and the app on my phone when I first synced. The challenge badges for the actual steps earned still appear.
Although I know that I did the steps and associated distances, I can no longer track them over time.
The device is not new. I have used it since March 2023. This is the first time that problems after syncing weren’t fixed after turning the phone off and on.
