Cannot select Inspire in Add Device

hello - i am trying to set up the Inspire 3 on my son's phone, who is age restricted. 

when trying to Add device however, only 'Ace for kids' shows up. there is no option to select any other watch.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Hi @mrcavallo Unfortunately the Ace was created for kids and no other device can be set up on the app as a child's tracker. The only way around this is to set him up with his own account and lie about his age. It is up to you whether you want to domthis or not.

thanks for the reply NellyG. i find this unbelievable and quite an ludicrous decision - first day with the 'non-child' watch and my son loves it - but he just can't use it on his phone???. why they would limit their devices just baffles me. i am certainly not going to lie about my son's age. time to swap this out for a Garmin. Lame effort fitbit.
