As of about two days ago, my Inspire 3 started tracking Cardio Load. Not sure how, I feel about it. Cardio Load seems to be the same or very similar to my Zone minutes.

@TheNeilHaley it takes a few weeks for Cardio Load to fully calibrate. During that time, Cardio Load values may seem to track with Active Zone Minutes. As you acquire more Cardio Load data, Active Zone Minutes and Cardio Load values will become very different. I have been using Cardio Load for more than 3 months and find it to be a very useful training tool.

How did the target function work for you? Did it have reasonable advice for you as regarding whether to push or rest?
Mine still isn’t working. Very frustrating bc the bug seems to be connected to readiness score as well.
I’m about to erase these metrics from my “Today” screen because seeing them vibe gray every time I open the app is an invitation to try to fix it and I spent far too much time on this yesterday.
