Cardio load blurb

so I have a question about the cardio load blurb that appear at the top of the dashboard each morning. This morning, mine said that I was at risk of under-training and that I should aim for whatever range.

My question is this: How can I be “At risk of under-training ” when yesterday I achieved the cardio load well within target range and the previous days I had exceeded target range?
