In the last few days I've noticed that my cardio load shows 0 for any logged workouts but I can see that my load on the graph has increased during those logged workout times.
I updated the app this morning but the issue is still ongoing - does anyone know how I can get the cardio load to show again please?

Same issue for me. It happened two days ago. I spent 1 hour in a chat with Google support on it to no avail. They told me to reset my device. I told them it isn’t my device. It is FitBit programming issue.

Same problem here. Deleted/re-installed the app 2 times, and restarted the watch as well. Still doesn't work.

I've got exactly the same issue. Uninstalled app then reinstalled. Rebooted Fitbit. Still the same problem. Working out at high intensity level for 30 mins plus but cardio load showing as zero.

I am also having this issue. I have restarted my Fitbit, and phone, reinstalled the app. Cleared my cache for the Fitbit app and still nothing worked. The cardio load target is there but for any activity the load is zero and instead is recorded as general activity.

I'm having the same issue and it is very frustrating. None of my cardio scores for exercise in the last week are showing up. It was a slow week so I didn't notice it until I specifically looked today when I did the vast amount of my cardio and wanted to see the cardio scores for my two tennis matches and my spin sessions and have tried every technical trick jump through all the hoops Fitbit told me to and I still can't get the information.
