My cardio load targets are so up and down. Yesterday target load targets as thirteen to thirty today three hundred and fourteen- four hundred and thirty one. Both days my readiness was at fifty. I have my fitness turned to maintain, but it makes these ridiculously high cardio load targets, and says I’m at risk of under-training, and I feel like it’s detrimental to people’s health. I have to run for hours to be able to get a target that high.

Hi @Allendre This is a very, very common complaint about this feature. I don’t think Fitbit will change this feature, because it is working on a new app design. The Public Preview gives a weekly cardio load target. It makes much more sense. Non-premium users are getting access to this preview version, if they are in current countries. They are US, UK, NZ, Australia, Canada, and Singapore.
The Preview is a work in progress, not the final version. Until things change, I recommend ignoring these existing recommendations and listening to your body.

I’m a premium user and live in Australia. Still I’m having these problems.
the whole point of buying the inspire 3 was to keep track of my fitness.

I did a 20-minute treadmill walk this morning and it figured that was a cardio load of 5. At lunch I did a much higher effort 22-minute workout on my stationary bike (Spinning) and it granted me a cardio load of... 1. The heart rate charts clearly show a much greater workout on the bike. This sort of thing has happened before. I find it even more annoying than the seemingly random cardio load targets.
