I did a 20-minute treadmill walk this morning and it figured that was a cardio load of 5. At lunch I did a much higher effort 22-minute workout on my stationary bike (Spinning) and it granted me a cardio load of... 1. The heart rate charts clearly show a much greater workout on the bike. This sort of thing has happened before. I find it even more annoying than the seemingly random cardio load targets.
Both were manually logged (start and end) and the heart-rate charts look just as expected, but the cardio load for the bike is weirdly low. Is there a way to get the app to recalculate the load for a workout? Maybe delete the workout and add it back again after the fact?
