The last 4 days I have had the same cardio load target of 135 - 207.which I have failed to achieve despite my hest efforts. Today I had a readiness score of 60, and I've achieved a total of 23,803 steps, including a 6.1 Km run in 40 mins, and a 1.5 hour dog agility session involving fast running. I have covered a total of 16.95 km, and my cardio load is 90. There is no way that I will achieve 135, I am not a professional athlete, I cannot spend all day exercising, and my goal is simply to maintain fithess. The cardio load targets are simply unrealistic.

Best AnswerWell that's it!!! I've had it with Cardio Load Targets 😡. After my post yesterday - 6.1 Km run, 24,000 steps, 106 Cardio Load - today my target set is 176 - 207!!! Today should be a rest day after yesterdays' run!!! I've walked at a brisk pace for 1 hr 12 mins, covered 6.27 Km, done 9829 steps. Cardio Load ....... 8!!!!!! So am I now going to run a marathon.to try and achieve my cardio load target???? NO I AM NOT. It is totally demotivating!!! You only have to read the posts in the community to know that this is not a new problem. Why can't Google sort this out??? Are they not concerned about their Fitbit Customers who are in danger of damaging themselves. Do they not want to keep their customers??? Well, I for one will certainly be looking around.for a better.option.
