Won't sync or restart

I tried all the sets to troubleshoot my Fitbit not syncing. In the process, I have lost all ability to sync to my phone. I tried restarting it, but it won't restart. I'm not sure what to do now.

Resolved. Fitbit restart using a different charging cord.
