My 250 steps time period has changed, and the app won’t let me change it.

Me too. Hoping it updates and fix tomorrow. All my activity hours, sleep goals are off.

I’m having the same problem. It changed without my permission (with the start hour being when I’m always asleep) and now I can’t change it to the hours I want.

I thought I was losing my mind yesterday trying to change it. My Fitbit gave one period of time. When I went to change it on my phone app, a different time period was in that spot. Then I went I thought maybe I had to change it on the dashboard on my computer. Guess what? A different period of time was there. At that point, I called Fitbit support. The young man did as well as he could. Then he found out that there was a glitch, which he said should be fixed in 24 hours. We shall see!

That was my issue exactly! In addition, the time period was different on my phone app, where I went to try to correct it, and on the dashboard on my computer. I did call for help. The young man tried to help, but then he found out about the glitch that is supposed to be corrected in 24 hours. Personally, I don’t like the latest update. That is partly because I like to keep track of the number of days I met my goal. I had over 900 at the time of the update. 🙁

I am happy to report that the hourly steps now works correctly. I could adjust the times for my 12 hours of activity. Thank you, Fitbit!

Now if Fitbit would just bring back the days in a row of meeting my goals, I would be so happy. Perhaps that would make me like the new format a little better. At the moment, I still prefer the former format.
