I have a small wrist and wanted a better band.
it was the top-rated Fitbit for seniors. However, changing the band is impossible for a senior with neuropathy and the little knob that doesn’t move.
do I have to return the watch?

Hi, @BASW welcome, changing bands on wearable devices is inevitably a bit fiddly, you may find this video @ 4:33 helps. The options open to you depend on how frequently you want to change the bands, any replacement will have the same fitting procedure. You could choose another band that you will not need to change. If you want to return the Inspire 3 and bought it from Fitbit or a Fitbit-authorised retailer Fitbit's return and warranty policy? - Fitbit Help Center would apply. If you recently bought it from a retailer you may find it's more convenient to use their returns procedure.
I hope this helps.
