Color Change in the background of my Fitbit app on my phone

Does anyone know why Fitbit changed the background color of the Fitbit app on a phone? It went from being a bright blue to now a very dull gray. It's not pretty. The change probably happened today.

@Tess808 there was a new update to the Fitbit app that includes some major changes. There is more info about it here if you'd like to learn more. That's the discussion for Android. There is also one for iOS if that's what you use. Both updates are similar.

I have tried to work with the update for a couple of weeks and really hate it. The colors allowed me to see my progress at a glance. They also made it more difficult to check my battery level.

Google. You first messed up Nest and now Fitbit. The app is so difficult to work with now. Go back to the old app and rehire the original Fitbit team.

Yeah their redesign has me totally confused because the colors were what helped me see my progress and now the app is more difficult and time-consuming to use. If I could just change the colors of some things it would be a vast improvement but they have custom watch faces and not custom app display options so they are very rapidly losing me as a customer

Yeah what a shame, a bug part of the reason I liked fitbut is due to its colourful app, being easy on the eye seeking what your looking for.

It now looks ugly just like the boring Samsung health app. 

Might just change back to Samsung for a better watch if both apps now look so dull.

 

Bring back the colourful app please fitbit, what change something thats not broken ??

Agreed!! I loved fitbit because of this reason !! As all the other apps look like this, fitbit has always been tye best app. Not anymore ;(
