My screen is very feint, can barely read the time, particularly the minutes. Is there a reason for this?

Hi, @GOC123 it is possible that the screen brightness is set to “Dim”. You can change the display settings on the Inspire 3. From the clock screen swipe down until you come to the settings menu. Tap to open and then swipe to find display settings. You can choose normal, max or dim. I find normal is bright enough for me, but you might prefer max.
It is also worth giving your Fitbit a restart - instructions are here . That’s always a first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit isn’t behaving as expected. You will not lose any data by doing a restart.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!

Hi, @GOC123 , the Inspire 2 has a similar setting. Swipe down from the clock screen - all the way down and you will come to the settings menu. Tap to open the menu. The top item on the settings menu is “Dim screen” tap to toggle it ON or OFF.

Hi, @GOC123 , unfortunately you may continue to have difficulty in bright sunlight (though you should be able to see it in the shade). Not being able to see the screen of the earlier Inspire Fitbits outdoors was one of the commonest complaints. Fitbit have completely addressed that with the colour screen on the newer Inspire 3.
If you have turned off the Dim setting on your Inspire 2 I am afraid that that is the brightest it can be.
