I bought an inspire 3 yesterday and downloaded on my laptop (with bluetooth wireless & windows 11). I have had 2 previous fitbits(original fitbit & fitbit inspirehr) in the past 6 years and have been able to syn w/ my laptop app. I was fine yesterday and it recorded my stats. I turned off my computer last night and then turned on this morning stats seem to record calories (looks like from fb inspire hr that I took off my app yesterday) and nothing else. I'm frustrated have already called the support tel # which didn't get support thanks Tanya & supv Mara. Also email fitbit support only to get a response they no longer do email fitbit support. I only have a laptop w/ bluetooth wifi & landline phone, what can I do at this point. I really feel let down by fitbit and I have been a 3 product customer!*?!

Hi @farpie1 we can't use our computers now to sync, so the only thing you can do is have a compatible tablet or smartphone. Sorry, but there is no workaround for this.

Thanks odyssey13 yours is the best direct response I have received so far. serv rep Tanya her sup Mara referred to it as advancement but to me it is a regression. I don't know what I'll do next it seems with "advancement" they require you buy new toys. Thanks for your time.
