Fitbit Inspire 3 has gone dark

The Fitbit face is dark. No time or data is visible.

Suddenly there is nothing visible on my Fitbit Inspire.

Do the green LEDs blink on your Inspire 3?

Do you see anything on the display when connected to charge ?

In the meantime if you haven't done so, try charging the Inspire 3 for 30 minutes and then restart it.

Hi, @NKNH, welcome to the community, you are not giving us much information to work on here, I assume you have paired your device with the Fitbit app on your phone, may I suggest you try the following?

The first thing to check is the state of charge if it is still paired with the Fitbit app on your phone (let us know the OS, make & model of your phone) You can sync the "Today" screen by sliding your finger down the screen & releasing. Note the value next to the battery icon in the top right of the screen & let us know what it is.

If the state of charge is very low or "zero" you should recharge it using this advice Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  I advise you to charge for at least 60 minutes (not 30)

Still no progress? Restart your Inspire 3 Update, Restart, and Erase provides advice & guidance.

If all of this leaves you in the same place I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Before calling it's a good move to make notes of the steps you've taken, the results, when & where you bought your "Inspire 3" (you may still have the benefit of the "warranty" )
