I am loving my Inspire 3! But my husband's Charge 5, which he loved and encouraged me to buy my own Fitbit, is not working. He has tried all the steps in the instructions, he has live chatted until they hung up on him, and he tried calling the help phone number. Nothing worked, and he is beyond frustrated. He said this morning that he thinks the company is a scam, and he deleted the app from his phone. I want to help him either get his Charge 5 working again or buy him a new device (not the Charge 5!). Can someone help me convince him it's worth another try? Even sadder, his Fitbit stopped working on his 83rd birthday. Please help.

I tried to contact customer support there wasn't any way to contact them, it would give me an error.
