The original Inspire had "Weights" as an exercise option, along with Walk, Run, Treadmill, Swim, etc. However, the new Inspire 3 doesn't have that option, instead it has "Workout" . The Workout option seems to be set for running laps? It doesn't specify, but it isn't one I would select while doing weights.
Fitbit, please put the Weights option back.

Hi Heather, thank you for your reply. The new update gives six shortcuts and says "All Shortcuts in use", so I hadn't realised that I could add a different exercise option until I removed one. Thank you for the video
